My husband and I received a prompt response and visit from Addison at Wright at Home Roofing and Exterior. The bid came a day later and was reasonably priced and a good deal. Roof was destroyed by a hail storm in the fall of 2025.  I got three quotes and all were within a couple of hundred bucks.  There was some moisture damage to the OSB over our three season porch and the were able to engineer a solution so this would not occur in the future. Called Wright at Home in march of 2026 due to a leaking bathroom fan and weeping from siding in one area of house. Wright at Home had installed new roof many years previous to Addison becoming owner. Rafael came out initially to make observations and suggestions. BUT, he went further and had Addison come out a few days later to provide an inspection of attic. ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected. Addison inspected attic , consulted with us, and sent information regarding home humidification. I am giving a 5 STAR review for CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This simple act of giving us time to review our concerns and provide answers has solidified that we will go back to them for future needs. Everyone we came into contact with at Wright at Home roofing was so great to deal with! Rafael flexibly took our concerns into account when developing an estimate. Melissa in the office answered questions along the way and helped to get us a discount on our homeowners insurance. Most importantly, Patrick (the on-site supervisor) communicated clearly with us, while carefully supervising the work. Outstanding service from the first contact through completion of our siding project. Addison’s assistance in working with a challenging insurance situation was invaluable.  Patrick’s on-going communications prior to and throughout the project made the job go smoothly and stress free. He immediately responded to and corrected one small issue with the caulking color.  He said his job was to keep us happy and he did.   The three-member crew did a great job.  They clearly knew what they were doing and were efficient and professional.  We were impressed with their daily clean up and they left our yard immaculate.  The final product was beautiful. As seniors we have found it to be challenging to find reliable, trustworthy home repair vendors. Wright at Home helped us reside our garage in an extremely quick manner. Patrick was a great communicator and it looks incredible. I cannot recommend this company enough for exterior work!
