Addison’s family legacy in residential construction dates back to 1992 when his Mom, Roxanne started in the industry. Addison joined the family business in 2010 where he discovered his passion for sales and taking care of people over the next 11 years. He oversees the family business after starting from the ground level. First working as project manager for local builds, he then moved into sales and customer service. His dedication to treating customers like family is the foundation of The Wright Way — no corners cut, no matter what.

New Project Request
We believe in clear, consistent communication and do our best to reply to you the same day. A service specialist gets in touch to determine what type of work you need and how we can help. They also provide any details you need on our range of services and reputation as a 5-star roofing and siding contractor.

Inspection & Bidding
We schedule a time that works best for you and perform a thorough inspection of your home’s exterior. For residential projects, our comprehensive checklist includes roofing, siding, windows, and add-ons. We then discuss your goals. In a few days, a team member visits your home a second time to present our bid for your work in person.

Planning & Permitting
Our team will begin preparing for your installation which includes pulling permits, ordering materials, and establishing timelines. Your project manager will reach out prior to breaking ground to review all of the important details with you. On the day work begins, we’ll schedule a site visit to kick off the project.

Get to Work
When our boots hit the ground, we respect your home like our own. Our factory certified crews do whatever it takes to make sure your work is done on time, on schedule, and above expectation. During the construction and installation phases, your Project Manager is on-site daily; they are also available by phone through completion.
