Addison’s family legacy in residential construction dates back to 1992, when his Mother, Roxanne, started in the industry. Addison joined the family business in 2010, where he discovered his passion for sales and caring for people over the next 11 years. He oversees the family business after starting from the ground level. First, he worked as a project manager for local builds, and then transitioned into sales and customer service. His dedication to treating customers like family is the foundation of The Wright Way; no corners cut, no matter what.
