President & Owner
About Addison Kaasa
Addison Kaasa is the second-generation President and Owner of Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors. Prior to joining the family business in 2010, he earned a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He and his wife, Laura, have three children, Avery, Louis, and Emma. After work, Addison loves to spend time with his family and friends while cooking and BBQing, and running.
Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors began with the intention that the process and finished projects should inspire confidence and peace of mind every step of the way. The belief that customers, employees, and partners deserve respect and care continues with Addison. He demonstrates this integrity daily in the way he treats every person as if they are part of his family. With his leadership, the company has embraced The Wright Way, transforming expectations of the home repair industry by defining a new standard for service, professionalism, and follow-through.

Meet The Family
Our Team
Rafael Alejos
Rafael Alejos has been working at Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors for more than 5 years, initially joining the team in May 2024. In his current role as Project Consultant, his primary responsibility is to accurately quote projects to help homeowners make informed and confident decisions about their home.
Rafael has been learning the roofing industry for his whole life; his father works in the roofing industry, and Rafael learned the ins and outs of roofing from working alongside his dad.
Over the next 12 months, Rafael hopes to continue expanding on his home exterior knowledge, including learning more about the insurance claims process and about James Hardie siding products. Outside of working hours, his favorite things to do are watching baseball and spending time with his boys.
Chase Bowersox
Chase joined the Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors team in 2024, but his experience in sales within the home services industry dates back to 2018. Throughout his career, he’s enjoyed the opportunity to communicate and connect with homeowners while helping the company grow.
As a member of the sales staff, Chase enjoys the freedom and self-dependency of the position. Chase loves sports and the outdoors; when not selling roofs, he enjoys basketball, golf, bowling, and spending time on the lake during the summer.
Melissa Reynoso Villa
As Office Manager, Melissa handles many of the logistical aspects of completing home exterior projects. For most customers, Melissa serves as the first point of contact, helping to schedule appointments, book dates to complete projects and coordinate project execution. Her primary goal is to ensure homeowners have a great experience from start to finish.
For Melissa, construction is a longtime industry, as members of her family have worked in this space as well as her husband. A Minneapolis native, Melissa now lives in Anoka, where she enjoys baking and spending time with her family outside of work.
Patrick Lokker
Hailing from New Richmond, WI, Patrick maintains our high standards at Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors as a project manager. Prior to joining our team, Patrick worked in several industries, including landscaping, tree care, and trucking. This range of experience helped Patrick develop a well-rounded skill set and enabled him to communicate effectively across teams.
Patrick enjoys the camaraderie of our company and loves tackling the daily challenges of our industry. When he isn’t managing home exterior projects, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing games, playing the guitar, and watching movies.

Founded in 2005
The Wright Family opened their doors to the Minneapolis community, offering roofing, siding, windows, and gutter services. With years of experience in the home services industry, they had worked hard to build a reputation and saw this as their chance to do things their way—the Wright Way. Owning a family business had long been their dream, and they were filled with optimism and pride as they embarked on building something truly special.
2013
The Family Business Grows
As our business grew, so did our family’s involvement. Together, we set higher goals and expanded our presence in the community. This growth inspired us to update our logo to reflect our evolution—a modern, professional design that will continue to represent us in the future. When we look at this logo, it reminds us of the challenges we overcame to build the business we have today.

In 2024, we took a bold step and introduced a new logo for Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors — one designed to stand the test of time. Our goal was to create a brand that our customers, employees, and family could be proud to engage with every day.
