Thank you for choosing our crew! Preparation work includes pulling permits, ordering materials, establishing timelines, and introducing your point of contact. We share all details with you via email. A few days prior to breaking ground, you meet your Project Manager who visits your home for a property walk-through and discusses details once more.

Inspection & Bidding
We schedule a time that works best for you and perform a thorough inspection of your home’s exterior. For residential projects, our comprehensive checklist includes roofing, siding, widows, and add-ons. We then discuss your goals. In a few days, a team member visits your home a second time to present our bid for your work in person.

Planning & Permitting
