Things to Know about Residential Roofing, Siding, and Windows The Wright Way
How long has Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors been in business?

Our family-owned and -operated business has proudly served the Minneapolis area for 20 years. Our trusted crews have been with us for more than 15 years and have completed more than 4,000 jobs with 5-star reviews.

What affects the lifespan of my roof?

While any roof will eventually need to be replaced, there are several factors that lead to faster roof deterioration. Exposure to the sun’s UV radiation, extreme or widely variable temperatures, hard winds and rains, and impact from storm debris are the biggest factors. Shingle color may affect the overall life expectancy of your roof as darker colors reflect less heat.

How do I know if I have roof damage?

Many signs of damage aren’t visible from the ground. After a storm or harsh weather, it’s important to call a trusted roofing professional who will safely climb onto the roof and check for leaks, missing shingles, exposed structures, and holes. Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors offers free inspections to help you make the right decision for your home.

How long does it take to re-roof my house?

When damage is not extensive, Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors may be able to offer roof repairs that can be completed in a few days. The timeline for a full roof replacement is dependent on several factors including the size of your home, weather, chosen materials, and any substructure repair that’s necessary. Often we can complete full roof replacements in under 10 business days.

Will insurance cover my roof replacement?

Coverage varies by policy. If yours includes roofing protection, The Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors team will provide a free inspection and comprehensive estimating to successfully file claims for hail damage, storm damage, and more.

Next, we’ll handle the planning and permitting process while guiding you through design and materials selection. Lastly, you’ll receive a pre-construction checklist to ensure your home is ready.
